If you came to United States without “Inspection” (illegally) and married with your U.S. citizen spouse.UU. or have a father who can sponsor for a card believe. You normaly would have that out of the United States States want a visa. This created a 10-year bar. But this resignation will help you in this situation. Please, read the following 10 data.
1. The “I 601 a provisional derogation is not yet available.” “This” proposal will be available at the end of this year.
2. You must be the benificiary of a request for immediate relative to approve before that you qualify.
3 This will not help you if you are in the process of deportation.
4. Doesn’t work if you have an immigrant visa appointment scheduled by the Department of State.
5. Only considered “difficulties” for citizens of United States, such as spouse or parents.
6. Only waive the “illegal presence” bar.
7. You still have to leave the United States to request this waiver, but only about a month or two.
8. Does not offer any legal status in the United States.
9 It doesn’t number of the accumulation of illegal presence.
10. No interim benefits that accompany this request as work permits.

Directed by Renato Asuncion with Joe Barcelone as ‘Trent’, the president of a heavy weight IT American company and Naz Khan as their lawyer ‘Sarah’, The Lost Dream revolves around the gripping and exciting story of the break of the American dream.

Shah Peerally Productions Inc., in this movie is trying to make a difference in American Immigration history by uncovering the human face behind the non –immigrant visa applications. This film is their effort to showcase the increasing lack of transparency in the system that denies work visas to those trying legally to make a living in America by honest means.
The movie wants to bring to light three important messages:

1. The arbitrary and capricious use of INA 221 (g), the section of law which is holding many visa applications in limbo by the State Department and the unfair number of denials of L1 and H1B visas by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services;
2. That legal immigration is healthy for the United States and the lack thereof can actually affect the United States economy; and
3. How the immigration system is a labyrinth which only experienced immigration lawyers can navigate and ignorance of the trade might result in a tragedy.

The story depicts an American company which goes through a nightmare because the key person behind the strategic technical support of the firm could not enter the United States on time. The fact that many Americans associated with this firm lost their jobs due to this incident is one of the factors that make this a sensational story.

My father once told me: “People can take everything from you, but your knowledge and education will permanently remain yours.” Today I know, he was right!

When I went back to school after abandoning my education for years, I wasn’t really sure whether it was a good idea. I knew it would mean hard work and wondered whether it really worth it. But today I know for sure, that it was!

My name is Shah Peerally and I am a lawyer. I am the President of the Shah Peerally Law Group PC (SPLG), a law firm dedicated to helping the immigrants finding their path to citizenship and also helping individuals who are in debt to get back on their feet. Since SPLG was founded, our motto has been ‘Dedication & Compassion’. The law firm has helped thousands of immigrants including engineers, doctors, therapists, and other professionals obtain their visas or permanent residence in the United States. The law firm also saved hundreds in getting out of debts through debt settlement and bankruptcy, allowing them a second chance in life.

THE CHALLENGE

I come from a very modest background. It was not easy for me to sustain myself through Law School, I had to work my way through the years doing jobs such as kitchen cleaner, car salesman etc, to make ends meet.

Despite all these odds I made it through law school and passed the bar exam. My law degree proved to be not only a ticket to a better life, but it also helped me save others, who could do with my help.

During law school I saw many of my classmates becoming desperate. Law school can be demanding, especially the preparation for the bar exam. My challenge was multiplied because I went to a very small law school, and also because I happened to be a Muslim immigrant. I remember many of my immigrant friends jokingly remind me that I was an immigrant and did not fit the profile of the ‘typical’ lawyer. After all, a minority student, who was also poor hardly, had any future prospects. At that time, overcoming my weaknesses seemed a huge battle. However, it did not take me long to realize that I was looking at the situation from the wrong perspective.

SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS

Like many other students I had the dream of a great future but the fear of never achieving the dream frightened me.

This made me, look at different options, of making the best use of my legal education. The answer came to me one day while reading an old book. I don’t remember the title of the book, but I remember it was based on ‘how to be successful’. One chapter in the book, caught my attention, it said: “How to turn your Weakness into Strength”.

Reading the chapter made me re-think my weaknesses- The fact that I was a minority, a Muslim, a poor immigrant, with not too great English nor belonging to a big law school, actually made me the ideal candidate to serve the immigrants, Muslims and other such less fortunate people, like me. This way, I had effectively, turned my weakness, into my strength! I volunteered to do free legal clinics, doing speeches in temples, mosques, and churches. Soon I saw that the community loved my activism and my devotion. Ultimately when I opened my own office, they supported me.

THE RESULTS

Today I am proud to have my own law firm with a great team, doing a lot of good work in helping people, an amazing radio show and a production company that makes socially sensitive films. Now I can do what I want to – helping others, while making a very decent living too.

The lesson to be learnt from my story is: Never think of yourself as weak. If you have good education and the right intentions your weakness can actually be turned into your strength.

Mixman Shaw started his musical journey back in India. As a child he was exposed to the captivating sounds of Indian music, primarily through his uncle (Qadir), a respected Punjabi vocalist. Mixman often accompanied his uncle to shows, where he soaked up the energetic buzz of the live performances. Mixman comes from a family of Poets and he also has a passion for writing lyrics. Although Mix did not realize it at the time, his early exposure to the music scene would someday lead him to becoming a respected music producer.

Mixman arrived in San Francisco, California in 1998. Far from home, he felt a powerful disconnect from the cultural upbringing that he was used to. He would now have to flip the script and become accustomed to new cultures, and even more importantly new music. With exposure to various musical genres in the Bay Area, Mix took it upon himself to learn Protools and other sound editing programs. He began making beat after beat until he finally found his own signature style.

In 2007 Mixman Shawn founded his own record label, The Diamond Lane Records & Signed their first act, Jasmine Sandlas, whose single “Muskan” “This Song” & “Jawani” has created a large buzz both in the US, and Internationally. Mixman has produced many hits for many artists. He is currently working on 4 albums, which includes Qadir, Parminder Guri’s Album & The Mixman Show Vol.2 & His own album.
